Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Challani Jewellery Mart
Preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years
Industry: Retail / Jewellery

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries.
• Support in month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Manage petty cash and daily cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in Tally ERP / accounting software
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation processes
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail or jewellery sector
• Hindi Knowledge will be and advantage
