Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting operations in our manufacturing company.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, bills, and invoices.
Handle purchase and sales invoices, vendor payments, and customer outstanding records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation activities.
Maintain supplier accounts and verify purchase bills with the purchase and stores departments.
Maintain records of raw material purchases and manufacturing-related expenses.
Prepare basic accounting reports and maintain financial data in Excel and Tally.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good numerical and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of experience in accounting.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
