Job Title: Accounts Executive (Tally & Receivable Management)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally ERP, accounts receivable management, and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate (age 25–35) should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations in Tally ERP.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients for due and overdue payments.
• Maintain an aging report and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field or any other degree
• 2–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication (English) and follow-up skills.
• Mail communication, Whatsapp chatting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.

Age Requirement

• Candidates between 25 to 35 years preferred and female candidates preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
