Job Summary

Maintain daily accounts operationsentries, reconciliations, payables/receivables tracking, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily entries: sales, receipts, bank entries, petty cash.
  • Vendor ledger maintenance, purchase bills tracking, transporter bills verification.
  • Bank reconciliation and outstanding reports.
  • GST readiness support: purchase/sales data, input tracking coordination with CA.
  • Payroll support based on HR attendance and wage sheets.
  • Documentation control: invoices, challans, POD filing.

Must-Have Skills

Zoho Books/Tally, Excel, reconciliation, GST basics.
