Job Description

Hi all

We are hiring Accounts executive/Accountant

Location : Ulsoor road , trinity metro station , bangalore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience Required: 2

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:

Timely preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the companies, LLP, Partnership Firms, and its directors/partners
Assisting in tax audit processes and preparation of Form 3CD
Accurate preparation and timely submission of SFT (Statement of Financial Transactions) reports
Handling notices received under Income Tax and TDS, and coordinating with tax consultants for resolution

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

Timely deduction and deposit of TDS
Filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q,27Q)
Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A)

Notices & Assessments:

Managing notices and assessments under Income Tax and TDS
Liaising with tax authorities and consultants for effective resolution

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Com / M.Com
Strong knowledge of
Direct Taxation
, Income Tax, TDS, and related compliances
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP
Good communication and analytical skills
Experience in handling audits and tax assessments
