CultureX is a dynamic and fast-growing company focused on building a strong, performance-driven, and inclusive culture. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally/Zoho Books or similar software
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and client follow-ups
• Assist in bank reconciliations and maintaining cash flow statements
• Support payroll processing with accurate employee reimbursement and statutory calculations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and ledgers
• Help with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost optimization efforts
• Maintain all financial documents and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and other relevant software
• Understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
