Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Mumbai at Capsicum Mediaworks®. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collections, follow-ups on outstanding payments, and coordinating with clients for payment discrepancies. The role also involves assisting with TDS/GST calculations, salary processing, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including preparing and issuing invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and coordinate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist in payment collection activities to ensure timely receipts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Handle TDS and GST calculations and support compliance requirements.
• Generate periodic reports on receivables status and cash flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and receivables management.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with clients and teams.
• High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

Salary: CTC: ₹ 1.8L – ₹ 2.4L Per Annum

Location: Vile Parle (East), Mumbai – 100% Onsite

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
