Role Description: This is a full-time Project Coordinator role located on-site in Mumbai at Capsicum Mediaworks. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading project teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery. They will also oversee technical aspects of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate project updates. Qualifications: Communication and Team Leadership Experience in Project Management Ability to lead and motivate project teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is preferred Passion for web technologies, user experience, and project execution with a strong sense of ownership. Stay updated with the latest trends in website development, CMS platforms, performance optimization, and project management methodologies. Plan and manage end-to-end website projects including static, dynamic, eCommerce, WordPress, and custom-coded sites. Collaborate with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content teams to deliver projects on time and as per client expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, translating them into technical briefs, and ensuring timely communication. Allocate tasks to internal team members, set timelines, monitor progress, and ensure quality control before final delivery. Review and test websites for responsiveness, functionality, browser compatibility, performance (PageSpeed, GTMetrix), and adherence to technical SEO standards. Maintain documentation for all project phases including requirement gathering, timelines, workflows, and post-launch reports. Implement processes and tools that improve project efficiency, such as task management systems and communication platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while juggling deadlines, stakeholder feedback, and resource availability. Provide post-launch support including training, bug resolution, updates, and performance monitoring. Ensure all projects are compliant with security best practices, web accessibility standards, and GDPR guidelines where applicable.
