Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and procedures.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts.
Coordinate with auditors and respond to audit queries.
Handle GST, TDS, Taxation, ESIC-PF, Banking, Vendors Payment, Billing, and other related tasks.

Job Requirements

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using accounting software such as Tally.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential.
Sunday fixed off.
Experience in general accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, ESIC-PF, compliance, banking, vendors payment, billing, etc.
