Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive in Chennai, your role will involve managing various accounting tasks using Tally, such as journal entries and reconciliation. You will be responsible for handling GST return filing, e-way bill generation, and ensuring statutory compliance. Additionally, you will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools. Your support to internal teams and contribution to team management and process efficiency will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounting tasks using Tally, including journal entries and reconciliation - Handle GST return filing, e-way bill generation, and statutory compliance - Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination - Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools - Support internal teams and contribute to team management and process efficiency Qualification Required: - Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a similar role - Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce or related field - Strong proficiency in Tally, GST, MS Office & general admin protocols - Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset - Ability to manage responsibilities independently and proactively - Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized The company operates in the Accounting/Auditing/Taxation industry and offers a salary ranging from 1 Lac 25 Thousand to 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
