Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally software and should be capable of handling core accounting functions, including sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Recording and updating daily transactions in Tally, including:

Sales and purchase entries

Expense booking (vendor bills, operational costs, etc.)

Petty cash management and reconciliation

Employee reimbursement entries and validation

Maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting documents

Coordinating with internal teams for invoice and expense clarifications

Ensuring timely entries for smooth month-end closures

Assisting with audit preparations and compliance-related documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

13 years of relevant experience (Tally expertise is a must)

Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory norms

Experience handling petty cash and staff reimbursements

Good communication skills
