Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Book keeping including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation

statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements

2. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments

3. Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc

4. Following up for payments with clients

5. Drafting proposals and contracts for clients

6. Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST,

TDS, and Profession tax.

Skill-set:

1. CA/CMA Inter, Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel. Knowledge of Zoho would be added advantage

2. Self motivated and ability to work without supervision

3. Good verbal and written English communication
