Accounts Executive (AR / AP - Night shifts)

About Logitrade:

You will be a part of a 20-member team. You are required to build and sustain a strong & reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Verify, audit and keep detailed records of : Hours of service / log books , Driver's payroll, Fuel/vendor invoices.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Answering incoming calls and managing proper payroll for drivers.
• Maintaining accounts files and records.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• All other related tasks & assistances where required.
• Data entry & auditing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate with min. 1 year of experience mandatory.
• Fluency in English. No Mother Tongue Influence.
• Proficient with advance MS- Excel and MS- Outlook.
• Must have experience in Accounts field.

Salary: Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 35,000/- month
