Accounts Executive

• Financial Transactions:Handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing payments.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate financial records in the general ledger, and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Financial Reporting:Preparing and analyzing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Account Reconciliation:Reconciling bank statements, customer and supplier accounts, and other financial records.
• Compliance:Ensuring adherence to accounting principles, tax regulations, and other relevant laws.
• Month-End and Year-End Close:Participating in the process of closing accounting periods and preparing for audits.
• Collaboration:Working with other departments to provide financial information and support their operations.
• Tax Preparation:Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Reporting:Generating reports for management and other stakeholders.
