The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in receivables tracking, fund management, statutory compliance, and team supervision. This is a critical role that involves coordination with auditors, training team members, and ensuring timely reporting and payments. Key Responsibilities: Receivable Tracking: Monitor accounts receivable, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collections. Fund Management: Manage company cash flows and allocate funds as per business needs. Payment Tracking: Ensure all outgoing payments are tracked and processed within timelines. Statutory Compliance: Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory obligations. Audit Coordination: Collaborate with auditors for timely return filings and statutory audits. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor junior team members to ensure high performance and accuracy. Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly financial reports to management for strategic decisions. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement best practices.
