Job Description

Position Overview:

Accounts Executive (Male Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day
accounts entries
and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage
accounts receivable and payable
, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Oversee
petty cash transactions
and employee expense claims with proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including
TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
.
Prepare and file
GST returns
and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
Perform
bank reconciliations
and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using
intermediate-level Excel skills
(pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
Support internal and external
audit processes
by providing necessary documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely closure of accounts and reporting.

Qualifications:

Education:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Accounts & Finance specialization)
Experience:
2-5 years
in accounting operations (FMCG industry experience preferred)

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance (TDS, GST)
Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Excellent communication skills in
English, Tamil, and Hindi
