Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial activities of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain all business transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and purchase orders.
Update and reconcile bank accounts by posting daily transactions.
Maintain accurate records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and files in an organized manner.
Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis.
Generate invoices and challans using the company’s accounting software.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports.
Assist in finalizing accounts, audits, and maintaining ledgers.
Manage fixed asset accounting and other related accounting activities.
Record and update stock on a weekly basis.
Handle accounts payable, reconciliations, and intercompany billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
