Job Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledgers
Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow reports
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly
Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Coordinate with internal departments for data and approvals
Support in preparing reports for management and auditors
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting
Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred:

Experience in handling basic audits and financial reporting
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
