Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with the head of finance for all MIS reporting
Managing all transactions, maintaining data accuracy and authenticity in Tally software
Coordination with all externals/internal management on receivables/payments, for revenue tracking & management
Responsible for handling compliances, audit & taxation queries with authorities.
Responsible for payroll process and its compliances, GST / Tax payments, Prof Tax / TDS filing, TDS returns and other filings.
Treasury and efficient cash and expense tracking.
General banking operations, including visiting compliance offices / banks etc.
Tracking milestones for invoicing based on contract agreements.
Periodic reconciliation of receivables and revenues accurately.
Responsible for preparation of financial statements, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
