Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Compliance:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Compliance: Ensure all financial records and journals strictly adhere to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and relevant statutory regulations.
AP/AR Management: Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including timely vendor payments and proactive customer collections.
Expense Management: Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash with high accuracy.

Office Administration & Executive Support:

Executive Assistance: Provide high-level support to leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility services.
Data Management: Develop and maintain a rigorous filing system (digital and physical) to ensure quick retrieval of sensitive documents.
Operational Discipline: Implement and maintain a disciplined workflow for daily office tasks to ensure maximum productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
