Job Title: Accountant cum MIS Management Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Accountant cum MIS Management Executive to handle our accounting operations and data reporting systems. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and providing management with timely insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable, payable, invoicing, and vendor/customer payments.
• Assist in monthly closing, profit analysis, and financial statement preparation.
• Handle GST, TDS, E-way bills, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking representatives.
• Monitor outstanding payments and support sales teams in collection follow-ups.

MIS & Data Management:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, stock, and purchase performance.
• Analyze product-wise and customer-wise sales trends and highlight areas for improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights to management to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate digital records of stock movement and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure reporting accuracy and process efficiency.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Assist in inventory tracking and coordination between warehouse, logistics, and branch operations.
• Support management in cost control, margin analysis, and financial planning.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and audit readiness for all transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and MIS roles, preferably in trading or distribution firms.
• Experience in the sanitaryware, tiles, or hardware industry will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.
