Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Billing professional to manage and process claims/reimbursements for CGHS, EHS, Arogya Sri, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in billing procedures, documentation, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process and manage claims/reimbursements for CGHS, EHS, Arogya Sri, and corporate clients.
2. Ensure accurate and timely billing, documentation, and submission of claims.
3. Follow up with insurance companies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders for payment settlements.
4. Maintain records and databases for billing, claims, and payments.
5. Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, or issues.
6. Collaborate with medical records, accounts, and other departments for smooth billing operations.
7. Stay updated with policy changes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical billing, preferably with CGHS, EHS, Arogya Sri, and corporate billing.
3. Strong knowledge of billing procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, billing software, and databases.
