Job Title: Accounts Associate Location: Mulund (West), Mumbai Department: Finance & Accounts Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring timely tax compliance. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of TDS and GST returns, finalization of accounts, and maintain accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups and reconciliations. Prepare TDS and GST returns and assist in tax compliance. Reconcile GST input/output and TDS ledgers. Maintain proper documentation for tax filings and statutory compliance. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments. Assist in monthly and annual closing and preparation of financial statements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting Sound knowledge of Income Tax , GST , and TDS provisions. Experience with accounting software such as Tally or equivalent. 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax compliance. Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
