Accounts Associate

As an Accountant/Accounts Associate at Optimyze Finance located in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, you will be part of a fast-growing Accounting and Consulting firm specializing in UK-based companies. Your role will involve managing bookkeeping and accounting for UK Limited Companies, preparing and filing VAT returns with HMRC, assisting in UK company formations and compliance documentation, preparing and submitting Corporation Tax (CT600) returns, maintaining client communication and reporting to UK-based clients, handling queries, providing basic advisory under supervision, and working on cloud accounting platforms like Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Dext. Qualifications for this role include being ACCA/CA Qualified or Semi-Qualified. You should have 12 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation, with prior experience working with UK clients or familiarity with UK accounting standards being preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficient English speaking ability to interact confidently with international clients, a strong understanding of accounting concepts and attention to detail, hands-on experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks (preferred), ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively, and good interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude. In terms of compensation, the CTC will depend on your qualification and experience, with attractive incentives offered for outstanding performance and client handling.
