Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records for our organization. They will work closely with the accounting team and other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in tally prime Gold.
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Cash Management
• Prepare TDS and GST details up to filling of their return on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist in monthly and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Work very closely with the administration department in processing procurements, employees’ travel requests, and other project-related expenditures

• Support Manager – Finance in invoicing and other finance-related aspects of projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Tally Prime (Must) and Microsoft Excel etc.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
