Chhanv Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment and rehabilitation of acid attack survivors across India. Established in 2013, the foundation works to provide survivors with opportunities for livelihood, education, and social reintegration. Through initiatives such as Sheroes Hangout Cafés, advocacy campaigns, and skill development programs, Chhanv Foundation strives to create a more inclusive and compassionate society where survivors can rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.

1. Summary:

We are seeking an Accountant Associate who is passionate about integrity in financial management and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate enjoys maintaining organized financial and regulatory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting functions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization.

This role requires a detail-oriented and responsible individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ethics, and effective communication abilities—both written and verbal.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all accounting transactions.
• Record financial data accurately using Tally software.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
• Ensure timely bank payments and monitor cash flows.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Support the Chartered Accountant in audits and documentation.
• Maintain proper records for bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

3. Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, Tally, MS Office, and Excel.
• Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, and Indian Accounting Standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command over written and spoken communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive team player with strong work ethics.

4. Work Location:

The position is based in Noida.

5. Remuneration:

The remuneration for this position will be in the range of ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
