Accounts Assistant

As an Accounts Executive/Accountant at Spectra Eye Hospital in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, tracking and verifying patient referrals for insurance purposes, performing bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations, assisting in cost analysis, and providing general administrative support to the finance department. Your role will require a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding financial integrity in a healthcare setting. You will be expected to support internal and external audits, utilize accounting software such as Tally ERP and SAP, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
