Accounts Assistant Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes) to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part quality. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ensure parts meet tolerance and quality standards. Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC turning machines. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings. Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
