Accounts Assistant (Male Candidate)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, Good accounting knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining financial records and updating accounting databases.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and filing.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Update and monitor inter-branch stock transactions.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding/arrear collections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Other(preferred).
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally software (Tally Prime-5.1)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Candidates must reside within a 20 km radius of Kondotti.
