Job Opening: Accounts Assistant / Junior Executive About company: The company specializes in providing high-quality, traceable food solutions to the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers) segment. Its product offerings include fresh and processed fruits, vegetables, ready-to-cook/eat meals, gravies, sauces, and frozen foods. Industry: Consumer Goods / Retail / FMCG Designation: Accounts Assistant / Junior Executive Location & Open Positions: Noida 02 Positions Nuh (Haryana) 01 Position Mohali (Punjab) 01 Position Mumbai (Maharashtra) 01 Position Kolkata (West Bengal) – 01 Position Experience Required: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals can apply) Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 (Take Home) per month Job Responsibilities: Assist in daily accounting activities including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking Maintain records of bills, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers Support reconciliation of bank statements and vendor ledgers Ensure timely entries of accounts payable and receivable Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting Work with internal teams for documentation and financial compliance Support the senior accountant or finance manager as required Desired Candidate Profile: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/SAP preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner Interested candidates may share their resume at gaurav@flexymanagers.com with subject line: “Application for Accounts Assistant – [Preferred Location]”
