Job Description

  • Handle daily cash collections from vehicle sales, service, and spare parts counters.
  • Maintain cash book and ensure daily cash reconciliation with sales and service records.
  • Prepare and post accounting entries, vouchers, and ledgers.
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and receipt generation for showroom and service operations.
  • Coordinate with banks for cash deposits, cheque clearance, and related transactions.
  • Support GST-related documentation for vehicle sales, service invoices, and spare parts.
  • Maintain proper filing of sales invoices, purchase bills, and statutory documents.
  • Travel locally for bank visits, RTO-related documentation support (as required), and branch coordination.
  • Assist the Accounts Manager in monthly closing activities and reports.
  • Perform any other accounts or cashier-related duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
