Job Description

Core responsibilities

Data entry and maintenance: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally software.
Account reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Report generation: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
Payments and invoicing: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Tax and compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations (like GST) and company policies, and assist with filing tax returns.

Additional duties

Payroll management: Handle payroll calculations, including EPF and ESI, and manage related payments.
Inventory management: Maintain records of inventory items.
Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and conducting periodic checks.
Financial analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and general financial analysis.
Administrative tasks: Communicate with employees and handle other administrative tasks related to finance.

Key skills and qualifications

Proficiency in Tally ERP.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance) and/or certification in Tally is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,126.96 - ₹29,263.90 per month
