Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in costing, audits, and financial management. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in handling financial data, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and records.
• Support in costing activities, including product/project costing, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
• Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities with relevant data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation for financial transactions and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• 2–3years of relevant work experience in accounts, finance, or audit support.
• Strong knowledge of costing principles, audits, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software Tally, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
