Accounts and Taxation Executive

Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statutory compliances and audits, with prior experience in a CA firm. This role offers an opportunity to work across diverse industries, including manufacturing, trading, and services, while ensuring accurate compliance and effective financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings.
• Handle Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits, and Transfer Pricing (TP) Audits.
• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Provide support in tax planning and advisory matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a CA firm, with exposure to clients in manufacturing, trading, or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and energetic attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Age Criteria: Up to 28 years (not exceeding).
