JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organisation's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization). To support the program activities for Admin, Account and purchase related works


2.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job. For each responsibility/duty listed, give the factors on which an individuals performance is judged). Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Accounts/ Finance and Accounts: Timeliness of preparing accounts statement Maintaining tracking sheet of payment of all vendors Support the Location head in preparation of Annual AOP for the centre Tracking of expenses and coordinating with corporate F&A & doing reconciliation. Coordinating with vendors and other staff to submit various documents to corporate F&A. Contracting Timelines Procurement Faculty documents and various work process Financial expenditure tracking Monthly expense settlement. Identify appropriate vendors and obtain quotations. Collecting various invoices on daily basis, monthly basis as per our plan Coordinate faculty contractual agreement & vouchers etc. Asset management Coordination with CPD for PO and other processes Administration and MIS Record keeping Arrange office stationery as per Managing staff requirements Office management Timely reporting requirements Book hotels, vehicles, and tickets for staff and business needs Doing regular coordination with technical people for repairs and maintenance related work, esp. IT related, Maintaining Stores Providing all admin support to program staff. Understand & consolidate MIS requirements Data entry & compilation using Word, Excel & PowerPoint 3. INTERACTIONS (Describe the job roles that you interact with inside or outside the company to enable you to meet your accountabilities) External - Roles you need to interact with outside Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day the organization to enable success in your day to work day work Vendors and service providers Location head, and other program staff Local authorities Field volunteers and staff at training centre Employees of the GMRVF Corporate Office 4. DIMENSIONS (List the significant numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job). Other Dimensions (Indication of some of the significant volumes associated with the job like number in team/ staff handled etc). Good team player and supportive nature to program staff 5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent). Educational Qualifications Qualified BA, MA, B. Com, M. Com, BCA, BRS, MRS, Relevant and total years of Experience Minimum 3 years experience in leading the Admin, Accounts and purchase work.
