Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of wage sheets, EPF, ESI, and ECR Returns.
  • Maintenance and preparation of CLRA registers.
  • Liaising with EPFO & ESIC Government bodies on statutory requirements.
  • Ensuring employee welfare including eKYC for PF & ESI and Umang Applications.
  • Handling HR administration and operations as required.
  • Preparing billing and invoicing for the company.
  • Utilizing Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate accounts and financial records.
  • Understanding company requirements and acting accordingly in all financial and payroll-related activities.
  • Reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager, Chief Secretary, Director, and CEO/MD as directed.

Education Qualification:

B.Com or MBA (Finance)

Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in PF, ESI, payroll, and accounting activities.
Experience in Zoho Books is additional advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
