Requirements:

Education: Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com (with taxation experience preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounting, auditing, and taxation

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should be a Semi-Qualified CA or B.Com graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in auditing and taxation. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing financial statements, filing statutory returns, and ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal and external audits

Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and other financial statements

File TDS, GST, and Income Tax Returns (ITRs) accurately and within deadlines

Assist in tax planning, tax audits, and statutory compliance

Maintain accurate financial and tax record Prepare supporting documentation for audits and assessments

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for data collection and clarification

Support in drafting responses to tax notices and regulatory communications

Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Indian tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS)

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational abilities
