Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account and Administration Officer to support our finance and operations team at the manufacturing unit. The role requires a balance of core accounting responsibilities and administrative support duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations: invoicing, billing, collections, bank entries, and data entry.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers, and track payment status.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements, cash books, and general ledger entries.
• Support preparation of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks.
• Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant on audits and financial filings.
• Prepare debtor aging and creditor reports for management.
• Assist in maintaining Vyapar and Excel-based books (training provided on Vyapar if needed).

Administrative Duties

• Manage document filing (physical & digital), records, and correspondence.
• Assist in payroll processing and staff attendance tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and logistics teams for material dispatch and documentation.
• Support senior management with follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure basic administrative processes are streamlined.
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via phone, email, or in-person.

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or similar roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable/payable, GST, and invoice handling.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally/Vyapar experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative work.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to commute to Kalyan and work a full-time, 10-hour shift.

Preferred Traits

• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in small or mid-sized businesses will be an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred but not mandatory).

• Shift: Day Shift (10-hour workday)
• Location: On-site, Shahad, Ulhasnagar (Candidates should reside nearby or be willing to relocate)

● P.S.:

*All the candidates hired will be on probation period for 3 months and their confirmation will be available on post that.

*15 days salary will be on hold with the company during the probation period, which will be handed over to the candidate after the probation period.

*The candidate will be observed and graded based on their performance post which their actual offer letter will be released to them.
