Job Description

As an individual responsible for maintaining office files and documents on your personal charge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing statements, returns, and other necessary information as directed - Functionally reporting to the office clerk of the department or section - Maintaining ledgers and registers of the department or office - Preparing documentation as instructed by the office superintendent - Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint To excel in this role, you should hold a graduate degree from an English medium institution and possess a strong command of the English language. Additionally, familiarity with Tally software will be advantageous. It is essential that you maintain good health and adhere to high personal hygiene standards. Furthermore, it is expected that any outsourced manpower under your supervision displays good behavior and professionalism at all times. Any instances of indiscipline, intoxication, or misconduct towards superiors may result in termination within 10 days, as per the service provider's liability to provide suitable relief. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including life insurance and provident fund. Prior work experience of at least 1 year is preferred for this role. The work location is on-site.,
