Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of EECP system servicing – including electronic diagnostics , circuit board handling , and mechanical maintenance . Troubleshoot and repair EECP machines across multiple client locations and ensure minimum system downtime. Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support, spare parts, and upgrades. Train and guide a team of service technicians and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain service records, prepare reports, and ensure proper documentation of machine history and client communications. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Provide remote or on-site support to customers, including technical demos and user training when required.
