Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting Honeywell SBG Specific Intercompany activities by having end-to-end understanding of Intercompany cycle/workstreams, including Intercompany Accounting, Intercompany Reporting, FX Hedging, IC Settlements & Policy Compliance. Your role will involve month-end reconciliation for accurate month-end reporting, analyzing Inter Co accounts for aged imbalances, documenting action plans timely, delivering account reconciliations with quality, identifying and resolving month-end close issues and material differences. You will also work on cleansing IC master data for obsolete trading partners, resolving out-of-balances, ensuring entities line up to IC policy and procedures, analyzing the IC GL accounts periodically, enforcing policy compliance, ensuring Interco practices compliance to locations supported, managing Intra-company and resolution of Equity reporting for cross-company transactions for multi-SBG entities, proposing appropriate corrections to GRIR account, co-coordinating Corp recharges, monitoring Interco queues, acting as tier 2/3 resolution/coordinator, resolving month-end discrepancies within set timelines, focusing on relevant metrics, developing action plans based on metric outcome, reducing exceptions through root cause analysis, building effective working relationships with business contacts, driving process re-engineering & transformation efforts, and working closely with key stakeholders like controllers, CFLs/RFLs, and other SBG Inter Co. contacts.
