Accounting Associate/Sr. Accounting Associate

As a Finance Accountant at Network Redux India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve maintaining books of accounts and ledgers for clients and their entities under US GAAP. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements and general ledgers for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will implement and follow accounting policies and internal controls, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany ledgers, and act as the accounting contact for internal queries. Furthermore, you will support month-end/year-end close, prepare journal entries, assist with external audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations to support tax reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain books of accounts and ledgers under US GAAP - Prepare and review financial statements and general ledgers - Implement and follow accounting policies and internal controls - Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany ledgers - Act as the accounting contact for internal queries - Support month-end/year-end close and prepare journal entries - Assist with external audits and provide required documentation - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support tax reporting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting domain is necessary - CMA-US or similar professional qualification from a recognized body within the country or abroad is mandatory - Partially qualified candidates with expertise in the necessary domain will also be considered if found apt for the role - Experience/knowledge with U.S. GAAP (General accounting and taxation) is preferred - 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience is preferred - Exceptional analytical skills and detail orientation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to apply advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues - Capability to work in time-bound environments - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general ledger applications - Team leader and team player capabilities are essential for this role As a Finance Accountant at Network Redux India Pvt.
