Accounting Assistant

Job Summary:

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Data Entry / Account Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or financial data entry and be well-versed in using accounting software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update daily financial transactions in Tally/Excel/ERP.
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper accounting records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors on financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounts or data entry.
• Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic financial concepts is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
