Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain daily accounting records in Tally or other accounting software. Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts. Handle petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS, and payroll statements. Coordinate with the company’s auditor or tax consultant when required. Computer Operator Tasks: Handle data entry, document preparation, and record management. Draft letters, quotations, and official correspondence. Maintain digital files, reports, and spreadsheets. Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email effectively. Office Assistant Responsibilities: Assist management in day-to-day operations. Handle phone calls, visitors, and general office coordination. Maintain attendance records and support HR documentation. Liaise with clients, field staff, and vendors as directed.
