Accounting and Finance Manager

As a Financial Controller, your role will involve preparing and managing the company's annual budgets and forecasts. You will be responsible for monitoring cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Developing strategies to optimize the company's financial performance - Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes - Maintaining the chart of accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Tracking project-wise costing and revenues - Monitoring project budgets vs actuals and providing variance analysis - Working closely with project teams to monitor real estate development costs, collections, and profitability - Ensuring timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns - Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies - Maintaining all financial records in accordance with legal and company requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA or equivalent certification preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent.
