Accounting and Finance Executive

As an Accounting and Finance Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in handling various financial tasks involving bookkeeping, tax filings, and finalization of financials for our subsidiaries. This position is tailored for a detail-oriented and driven individual with a Chartered Accountant qualification. Joining our dynamic team will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a fast-paced, multi-entity business environment. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate accounting records aligned with relevant accounting standards, recording financial transactions, managing ledgers, conducting bank reconciliations, and supporting monthly and year-end closing procedures. You will also assist in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements, perform intercompany reconciliations, and coordinate with auditors during audits. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and filing TDS and GST returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as assisting with income tax return filing and compliance documentation. Ensuring adherence to all statutory and internal compliance procedures, maintaining thorough documentation and audit trails, and supporting the implementation of financial SOPs are essential aspects of this role. Collaborating with internal teams and consultants to gather data, prepare reports, and develop MIS and financial dashboards for management will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with up to 2 years of relevant experience, possess a strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and FEMA, have basic knowledge of GST & TDS, be proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools like Tally and Zoho, and demonstrate excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
