Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced female Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records using Tally and other accounting tools. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using Tally ERP
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and bank statements
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Maintain petty cash and expense records
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
