Accountants Executive

As an Accounting Specialist at e-TRNL Energy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting key financial decision-making processes. With a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce/finance, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, you will be responsible for various essential duties and responsibilities. Your primary tasks will include performing 3-way reconciliation (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Note, Invoice) to ensure invoice accuracy, handling employee expense reimbursements with proper documentation and approval tracking, and maintaining records of credit notes, deductions, and claims. You will also be required to perform regular reconciliation of ledgers and supplier/vendor statements, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and maintain petty cash while ensuring accurate tracking of all cash transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Filters, and Formatting, is essential for this role. Your strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately will be key in fulfilling your responsibilities. Additionally, familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems will be advantageous. You will be expected to generate periodic MIS reports to aid in financial decision-making, ensure ongoing communication with vendors for alignment and compliance, and maintain 100% audit readiness with complete documentation and no unrecorded liabilities. During internal and external audits, your assistance in providing required records and reconciliation reports will be vital.
