Job Description

Position Overview

Accounts & GST Associate

Key Responsibilities

GST Compliance & Return Filing

  • Prepare and file

    GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9

    and other related GST returns accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile GST input/output, e-invoices, e-way bills, and ensure proper documentation as per statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual GST-related activities including reconciliation of turnover and tax credits.

GST Notices & Department Correspondence

  • Draft and file

    replies to GST notices, queries, and departmental communications

    .
  • Liaison with the

    GST Department

    for assessments, clarifications, rectifications, or refunds.
  • Maintain proper documentation of notices, responses, and status of departmental matters.

Accounting & Documentation

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks such as entries, reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers, and tax-related postings.
  • Maintain records of all GST filings, challans, and supporting documentation for audit and compliance.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, taxation queries, and compliance support.
  • Prepare GST reports, reconciliation statements, and summaries for management review.

Communication & Client Interaction

  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for GST or accounting-related matters.
  • Provide guidance to team members and ensure smooth taxation operations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

    (Preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 35 years

    of hands-on experience in GST filing and compliance.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, and compliance processes.
  • Experience in filing

    GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9

    independently.
  • Good understanding of GST portal, accounting software (Tally/Zoho/SAP), and Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize work, and coordinate with departments.

  • Noida

    (On-site)
