Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support in preparation of statutory reporting
Manage regulatory changes & incorporate changes in statutory reporting templates.
Prepare draft statutory reports & disclosures within Onesource etc.
Work closely with the customer to implement third party solutions such as Onesource etc.
Explore opportunities for automation within the process. Support digitization initiatives.
Designs, develops, and documents project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.
Provides training to end users and customer development staff in the functionality of products.
Preparing of predefined and need based Management reports
Preparation of GAAP compliant financial statements and interaction with auditors
Secondments to clients - assisting clients with their financial reporting needs
Manage and train subordinates

Desired Profile:

Qualification:
MBA with a good academic record (1-3 years’ experience)
Working knowledge of Onesource for statutory reporting preparation would be preferred
Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Ability to travel domestic and internationally, for short term as well as long term projects
